After confirmation of your order, all orders received before 2:00 PM from Monday to Friday, and which all items are in stock, will be packed and handed over to our shipping partner within 24 hours.
All our wall stickers are shipped using specially designed packages to protect and preserve the aspect and shape of the stickers. All our Giant Wall Stickers are shipped in custom designed rigid tubes, some stickers are shipped in rigid cardboard flat-packs.
All shipments for the European Union and Switzerland are done via International Express Tracked Parcel services (Colissimo, ChronoPost, DPD, HERMES, IMX) and are then delivered to your door approximately 4 to 6 working days later.
As soon as your order ships, you will receive a tracking number by email, allowing to trace and locate your parcel at any given time.
For this shipping service, we charge a one time fee of 12,95 Euros (or £11.20), whatever the number of stickers or items ordered.

Payment of orders is done online by credit card or any other local available method via a 100% Secure Payment Platform. Your payment details never transit by our own servers. We use PayPal's services for all transactions on the website. You can pay online with your credit card even if you do not have a PayPal account.

Purchases can be done with a credit card (Visa, Master card, AMEX), a PayPal account (if you have one), and now with any local payment method that PayPal's system has approved in your particular country (these options will show up automatically depending on the country order is to be shipped to).
We are very attentive to the quality of the products we promote online. If however, one of them did not reach your execptations, all you need to do is to retun it within 14 days and it will be either exchanged or refunded.
To return a product, you must first contact our Customer Service
After your claim is processed, you will receive an email containing the address and the return number to be placed on the package.
Once your returned pacakge is received, we will ship out your new order (or replacement item), as fast as possible depending on stock availability.
Your item/order will be refunded (excluding return postal fees) via PayPal as fast as possible.
Should one of the items be damaged or not as ordered, we will take in charge all postal costs of the return.
Please note that only stickers whose cellophane wrapping is intact will be exchanged or refunded. All returned items must be in perfect condition. Incomplete, damaged or dirty items will not be accepted.
